Product Description:

Our Seeflex 040E Corner Connector is made from a clear ether-based thermoplastic polyurethane alloy with a tapered infeed end, 110º angled bend and straight drain output end.  It is designed to redirect the clean-in-place (CIP) wash fluid flowing through your process ensuring that your equipment stays dry and your product is free from chemicals used to clean your process machinery. 


Seeflex 040E Complies with:

FDA 21 CFR 177.1680 & 177.2600, USDA, (EC) 1935/2004, 2023–2006 & 10/2011

Atex Compliant: IBExU tested and can be used in all dust explosion hazardous areas. (Refer to our Certification & Compliance page for more information).

Key features/uses:

  • CIP wash processes to replace traditional steel tun-dish and swiveling pipework
  • Designed for applications where product/material needs to be transported around a bend.
  • Ideal for under compact machinery (i.e. sifter/sieve) where product needs to be redirected into other equipment where there is limited space.

Available Sizes: 

Diameter 1 - wide (infeed) end: Ø125mm (5") to Ø650mm (26") in 50mm (2") increments 

Diameter 2 - narrow (outlet) end: Ø100mm (4") to Ø600mm (24") in 50mm (2") increments

Length 1 - wide (infeed) end*: 200mm (8") to 650mm (26”)  in 50mm (2") increments

Length 2 - narrow (outlet) end:  100mm (4") to 650mm (26") in 50mm (2") increments

(* Subject to minimum taper ratio lengths as per table on product spec sheet)
