Metal Polishers

We are looking for metal polishers to join our team. Experience is preferred but not necessary, so if you are looking for a new challenge, we will provide full training. 

The role is to work as part of a team to complete our product (steel spigots) to a high standard, so attention to detail and a pride in your work is essential. It’s a manufacturing environment so you will need to be able to be on your feet for several hours at a time, but all protective clothing and equipment is provided.

We are looking for people who can work either: 

  • 6am to 2.30pm (morning shift)
  • 2.30pm to 11pm (afternoon shift)
  • Overtime for both shifts is available.

The Role
We have already made great progress towards a step-change in marketing, and this will be a continuation of that journey over a 12-month fixed term maternity contract.

You will make sure that every factory and equipment manufacturer globally knows about BFM®, what it does and how it can help them, and nurture them through to being a strong BFM® advocate.

You will be working with a passionate and committed team, with a GM who has experience in taking NZ products to the world, and an Owner who cheerleads BFM® to the rooftops. 

There is a small team reporting through and consultant assistance available to back up your skills, however with most work inhouse, this is a "hands on the tools” role.

As Head of Marketing,  you’ll continue to drive the marketing strategy, lead generation, content messaging, and action plan inline with business objectives, strategy and budget, and then carry through to execution and delivery. 

Key areas for this role over the contract include lots of web optimisation, SEO, multi country marketing and offerings in multiple languages, lots of campaign development and execution and optimisation.

The Person

Experience
  • 5+ years in digital focused, multi-channel marketing roles
  • Team leadership
  • Experience delivering results in SEO, SEM, Display, eDM, social media campaigns driving traffic and conversion.
  • B2B marketing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools and platforms ideally including HubSpot, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEM Rush, Asana.
  • Tertiary qualified in marketing and/or digital marketing.

The anticipated start date would be late May to early June; however an earlier start may be accommodated.
